• Exit M4 at Junction 24 (The Coldra).
• Take exit signposted Newport Industrial Area (new SDR road, dual carriageway).
• Follow the road past Newport Retail Park & Tesco & then across two roundabouts.
• Go past Carcraft (large car sales) on your left & turn left before the traffic lights.

• You are now on Corporation Road & will come onto an industrial area.
• Take first right into Stephenson Street (signposted Transporter Bridge).
• Go under railway bridge & take first left into Mariner Way (Felnex Estate).
• Follow the one-way system & and take 1st left into Broad Quay Road.
• Take next left – East Bank Road, go past Flo-Gas on left-hand side & round the

• Follow Corporation Road, past SG Newport Mercedes.
• Straight ahead at traffic lights into Corporation Road, (Orb Steel Works on Right).

• Go under railway bridge & take first left into Mariner Way (Felnex Estate).

• Exit at Junction 28 (Tredegar Park).
• Follow signs for Newport Town Centre (pass Patent office on right-hand side)
• At roundabout take 2nd exit, signposted Newport Industrial Area/Docks.

• Before you get to the traffic lights, take the left-hand slip road, signposted industrial area.
